1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the websites, services, and software portals operated by Garlic Collective (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of our platforms and services.

2. Scope of Services

Garlic Collective designs, builds, and manages custom technical systems, web applications, and marketing frameworks for enterprise and agency clients. Our core capabilities include:

• Bespoke Digital Architecture: High-performance front-end web platforms and web application engineering.
• Custom CRM Integration: Tailored customer relationship systems and database sync pipelines.
• Workflow Automations: Eliminating manual data entry through custom software bridges and automated pipelines.
• Social Media Marketing: Strategic brand growth campaigns, conversion optimization, and targeting models.
• Digital Consultancy: Direct engineering advisory services for technology scaling and software architectures.

3. User Account Security

Access to parts of our services (such as the interactive custom scope quote management engine) requires account registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and session cookies. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your credentials or security breach. Garlic Collective cannot and will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your login information.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in a signed service agreement (Statement of Work):

• All design patterns, structural source code systems, utility scripts, and pricing algorithms rendered on our public platforms are the proprietary property of Garlic Collective.
• All client data, trade secrets, and custom brand configurations uploaded or provided during a service engagement remain the exclusive property of the client.

5. Pricing Engine & Payment Terms

Our interactive scope quotes represent budget estimates based on the modular selections made within our portal. While we strive to maintain absolute parity between estimated rates and production costs, these auto-generated documents are subject to manual validation by our engineering team before entering a binding Statement of Work.

All service payments, retainers, and milestone billings will be invoiced and processed in accordance with the schedules detailed in individual client contract covenants.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Garlic Collective and its affiliates, developers, or suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, system downtime, data breaches, or operational interruptions) arising out of or relating to your use of our platforms or custom software implementations.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Garlic Collective operates, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to amend or update these terms at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated modification date. Continued use of our platform following these modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
